Registration information

What we collect:
If you choose to register with us, we collect your email address. We may also request certain demographic information. Providing such information is optional.

Why we collect it:

Pricing

All the prices quoted reflect the manufacturer's suggested retail price, based in Hong Kong. Delivery costs are not included, which are subject to order quantity and delivery location etc.

Prices are subject to change. If a discrepancy is found between the price quoted and on the check-out page, the latter will prevail. If the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, Goodss shall have the rights to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not confirmation has been sent and/or payment has been made.

Delivery

Currently we only deliver our products within Hong Kong.
Delivery cost will be quoted to customers upon order confirmed with order quantity and delivery location and will be automatically added to the charge.

Delivery times

We will arrange the delivery of the goods according to the times quoted after all the payment is received.

Delivery times vary for each product and manufacturer, so please refer to the lead times quoted in each product's description for a more accurate estimate. The quoted lead times are averages for in-stock items and are only estimates. Backordered items are indicated at the bottom of the product page.

We try hard to ship in the times quoted (and faster if possible), but sometimes items are delayed beyond the stated windows. If an item that you order will take longer than the original estimate, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you know what the new estimated shipping date is.

Method of delivery

The majority of items are delivered via FedEx or HongKongPost, but for larger items we might use specialized carriers.

Most of our product is shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to you. Before leaving the warehouse, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. We use only trusted shipping partners to deliver your purchase as quickly and as safely as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns

With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.

Damaged / Defective Goods Replacements

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions.

Product Warranties

All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respecitve manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us. All warranty claims are subject to our Terms of Use.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order.

Re-authorizations after the initial order

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.
